It’s winter and cold, people catch a cold quickly and want something warm to eat to warm up the body. A few weeks ago, my husband was sick and it was time for me to cook something simple, delicious, and with many nutritious ingredients. This dish is quite popular in Singapore and until now it is also popular in many Chinese restaurant in Indonesia. Enjoy cooking and keep warm! =)

INGREDIENTS
600g Pork ribs
2 Anis
1 cm Ginger, sliced
10 Cloves
1 stick Cinammon
1 whole Garlic,m no need to peal, leave it as it is
1 tbsp Dried Goji berries
100g Shitake mushroom, soaked in warm water for about 1 hour, sliced
1,5 l Water
Sauce:
5 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp White pepper (optional)

DIRECTION
- In boiled water, cook pork ribs in high heat for 5-8minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water


- In 1,5 litre water, add all herbs, pork ribs, shitakee mushroom, and the sauce. You can also put all the herbs and shitaake mushrooms first while waiting for the pork ribs are cooked from the other pot.

- Cook in a covered pot for about 30 minutes in medium heat.

- Ready to serve
