Chicken Black Pepper might look not so appealing because the color is just black and sometimes can’t really see what it is from far, but it is delicious! The combination of sweetness and pepperiness gives a special taste of typical Indonesian dish. The key for the sauce is mainly from the sweet soy sauce and the black pepper. Hence, having a good sweet soy sauce it’s very important. My recommendation would be brand from “Bango”. Happy cooking!
