Who loves a speedy cooking? I do! As a busy working-mom, I don’t always have a lot of time to cook, at the same time I want to have something delicious that I know everyone can enjoy eating them. This time I am using Chinese sausage, it is sweet and chewy, which I like. It can be found easily at the Asian supermarket, either in the frozen section or the fridge. It can also last quite long. If you don’t know many dish with the sausage, easily sauté on the pan, you can also eat it as a snack. Since I have also left over rice and also vegetable, why not making them a dish, right? I hope you like it and enjoy cooking! 🙂
